Born in 2015 from the need for delectable, extremely dark chocolate, Hurricane Coast set out to find the best cacao beans in the world. Known as fine flavor beans, Hurricane sources rare, organic and fair trade cacao to create unique adventures in chocolate! Bars range from 80% to 97%.
Hurricane is a Master Chocolate maker, with credentials from Ecole Chocolat, and works to create unique flavors in exclusive batches.
All Hurricane Chocolate bars are craft batch from select cacao beans. In the chocolate studio, I do tastings and classes where you can learn the whole story from roasting and winnow work to conching and tempering.
